From research lab to market
Founded in Neuchâtel and incubated at Microcity, MIKUJY started with a simple observation: most organisations want to act on the environmental impact of their IT, but the measurement step alone takes months and requires consultants who don't speak the same language as IT teams.
After two years of R&D and pilots with public and private organisations, the company is now bringing its platform to market, designed to give CIOs and sustainability officers a credible footprint in days, not quarters.
What the platform does
The MIKUJY platform combines a maturity assessment, a carbon and resource footprint engine, and a roadmap builder aligned with European Sustainable IT standards.
- Imports of inventories from existing ITSM and procurement tools.
- Automated calculations on workstations, servers, network and cloud services.
- A roadmap module to prioritise actions by impact and effort.
- Evidence files ready for the Sustainable IT Label assessment.
"We want every CIO to be able to start their Sustainable IT journey on a Monday and have a defensible baseline by Friday."
Next steps
MIKUJY is rolling out the platform across Switzerland, France and Belgium, with a growing footprint in the public sector and financial services. New modules covering scope 3 procurement and AI workloads are scheduled for the next releases.
